As Counsel with Hijazi, Zaslow, & Carroll, P.A., Martin focuses his practices on real estate and construction litigation, real estate and construction contracts, probate, administrative law matters, landlord-tenant matters, and general civil litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Martin has developed strong relationships with clients due to his strong work ethic and being available to clients during emergencies and when it matters most.


Martin regularly handles specific performance and lis pendens filings, complex real estate and construction litigation, and complex construction arbitrations. He also regularly advises clients on commercial and residential closings, curative title matters including policyholder claims, probate and estate administration, and landlord-tenant matters. Clients also often reach out to Martin for assistance with regulatory and administrative matters such as resolution of property tax, licensing, code compliance, and other administrative issues in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
